"Support never actually followed up"
I waited several days hoping someone from support would actually help, but all I got were vague, copy-paste type replies. What made it even more frustrating is that they seemed to hide behind little policy loopholes instead of just fixing the issue or giving me a straight answer. It felt like I was being passed around until I gave up...

"A bit hard to figure out at first"
I really wanted to like Pietra Studio, but it felt a little confusing to use. A few pages were slow to load, and I found myself clicking around way more than expected just to find basic things.
Maybe it gets easier after you spend about a week getting used to it, but as a new user, it didn’t feel very smooth. I ended up giving up a couple times and coming back later.

"Shipping took way longer than it should have"
My order ended up arriving late, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time, which made it even more frustrating. I get that delays happen, but there should be better communication and some accountability when customers are left waiting with no clear updates

"Really nice quality, to be fair"
I ordered a few pieces from Pietra and, the quality was better than I expected. The materials feel solid, the finish is clean, and nothing came across as cheap or thrown together, which is refreshing. I’m slightly annoyed I didn’t try them sooner, but credit where it’s due, I’m happy with everything and would probably buy again.

"More reliable than a lot of sourcing options I’ve tried"
I’ve used Pietra to source a couple of products for my small shop, and it’s been solid. Compared to some other supplier platforms where you feel like you’re shouting into the void, most of the suppliers on Pietra actually got back to me quickly. The samples did take a little longer than I was hoping, but the vendors seemed legitimate and the communication was generally decent. It’s not flawless, but compared to the usual guessing game with sourcing, I’d say it’s reliable enough to keep using.
